About Lakysha

Lakysha Aldridge, known to everyone as "Lala" is a dedicated real estate professional with experience spanning residential, commercial, luxury, investment, property management, and new construction real estate throughout Georgia and Florida.

She began her real estate career in November 2020 as a Real Estate Team Administrator with Earth to Atlanta, where she developed a strong foundation in transaction coordination, client relations, and day-to-day real estate operations. Prior to becoming licensed, Lakysha also worked in property management, overseeing Smoketree Village Shopping Center in Norcross, Georgia, along with multiple residential properties throughout Gwinnett County and the greater Atlanta region. 

Lakysha earned her Georgia real estate license in June 2022 and sold her first home in March 2023. She later obtained her Florida real estate license in June 2023 and quickly expanded her business through rental and investment transactions, successfully closing multiple leases that same summer.

Her experience continued to grow with luxury and commercial real estate, including managing the transaction coordination for a $2.3 million Lake Lanier home in 2023. In 2024, she listed and sold a $17.6 million shopping center and later brokered multiple commercial acquisitions involving nationally recognized brands including KFC, CAVA, and Starbucks as part of a 1031 exchange portfolio.

Today, Lakysha is proudly affiliated with Maximum One Realty Partners, where she currently represents both residential and commercial listings while actively helping buyers, sellers, investors, and tenants throughout the Metro Atlanta area and beyond. In addition, she serves as a Sales Assistant for new construction homes, helping buyers navigate the homebuilding process and gain confidence in one of life’s biggest investments.

Outside of real estate, Lakysha is passionate about community and culture. She also leads a community-based K-pop group focused on sharing, learning, and experiencing Korean culture through music, education, events, and social connection.
